‘Thalia’ was familiar, and I finally remembered that she was one of the Three Graces in Greek mythology, along with Aglaia and Euphrosyne; they were considered the givers of charm and beauty. These certainly are charming and beautiful. Is Thalia the name of the cultivar, or did you choose the title as your own description of them?
Lighting is wonderful in that photo! …that’s a pretty one…a neighbor has a ‘bunch in a row’ near the sidewalk…so we all enjoy.

How interesting to learn the origin of that name! It’s the cultivar name – bred in Holland in 1916!
