Our Solomons Seal blooms as yours fades away. So perfectly opposite are our seasons!
And This is one of the wonders of the internet.
Hi Chris,
I’m not sure if I even thanked you for paying for the fries and my drink at Midtown on Friday sooooo THANK YOU! It was so nice to see you and have a visit. I am available most Fridays after ukelele practice so message me anytime you feel the need for more fries and beer at Midtown. Thanks again, Seona xxoo

Midtown, fries and beer – with Seona – what a perfect combination!!!😆😆😆
Nice image, Chris… love the backlighting!
Thanks Eliza – I love finding dappled mid afternoon sunshine this time of year.
Agreed, the light is esp. nice this time of year.
Love the light, almost pale yellow. Not what I was expecting at all when reading the title (tend to forget about frost here)
It’s interesting…we have spring ephemerals, flowers or p0lants that last a short period of time before disappearing with the warmer weather; Solomon Seal (like a lot pf plants, I guess…) is almost like an autumn ephemeral, foliage wise. Today that same patch has lost all its charm and is looking like just another patch of dead plant material!
I love Solomon’s Seal for its subtle nature..flowers and fall.
