It is ice! I’m guessing that the Christmas blizzard churned up the lake water so much there was an extraordinary amount of sand mixed in. LikeLiked by 1 person
Makes sense. The waters along our Gulf-facing beaches always contain large amounts of sand, just because of wave action. LikeLiked by 1 person
