Looks really cold and windy, the icicles don’t even hang straight!
It’s been a REALLY windy winter! Cold…not so much. Another year with the farmer’s almanac forecast being completely wrong 😆
That’s a great tree/branch for your foreground. Our winter has been similar. Not very cold until you factor in the windchill which does not make ice.
