Whoopsie! But I think I spy a few undamaged buds — time may not heal all, but it can heal some!
Yes, the leaves will be fine, they’re just starting to crack open now…and a few flower petals escaped the frost as well.
That’s a sad sight. Hoping there was no further damage.
It was sad – for a moment – but cool temps last week prolonged the blooming period, I think…now I’m looking forward to next year!

Me too! It will be the second full season in my garden for this tree – I have high hopes for a growth spurt! 😁
