Pretty and purpley…Verbena’s differ so much from each other. I was fortunate to see a pot of Alliums at the nursery…’Serendipity’ with 21 blooming flowery balls…the Bumbles love it! Hoping it does well.
Even though this one looks much like our native V. halei (Texas vervain), I’ve only seen photos of it from time to time while trying to identify other species; yours doesn’t grow here, apart from rare occurrences in the far northern parts of the Panhandle. That’s a cute little friend roaming around the plants in the second photo!
